Transportation
Any transportation or safety concerns regarding your child should be reported to the Quincy Public School's transportation office. Please contact Quincy Public Schools Transportation and Safety Director, Ken McPhee at 617-984-8897.
Quincy Public Schools contracts with private vendors for some of its special education transportation services. If your child is transported by VHS and you have a concern, you should contact Carolyn Timcoe at the VHS Office at (800) 422-4146.
Reimbursement
If you need additional reimbursement forms* or have a question regarding payment, please call Elaine Keohane at the Special Education Office at 617-984-8743. Please note that these forms must be submitted monthly. We will not accept forms after June 1 for the current fiscal year. Parents need to submit June forms with their May reimbursement forms.
