Electronics technology provides skills essential for employment or entry into higher level educational courses. Instruction covers the basic tool, component, and assembly techniques, and continues through the level of troubleshooting, repair of computers, and printers. Also covered is instruction in basic concepts of communication and electronic systems used in radio, television, fiber optics, lasers, cable, and satellites. A segment is introduced on robotics and robot troubleshooting.
