Quincy Public Schools offers 15 different career options for students. Some career paths prepare students to enter competitive post-high school training and college programs. Other career paths allow students to enter the work force directly out of high school.
All programs provide students with a solid education base to make them the life-long learners they will need to be part of a great, high-paying career - and not just a job! Students get rigorous academics paired with real-world job experience.
QPS also recognizes the value of giving students the opportunity to actually take part in careers. Our Career Center, working with our Partnership program and other local businesses give student the opportunity to get an inside view of a student's chosen career. Students have options to intern, job-shadow, gain industry-standard certifications and more! This gives our students a real competitive edge in applying to college, post-high school training programs, and career training programs.
Here are the career paths offered at Quincy. You can explore each of these options and find out about the training we offer, and more about the career outlook for each path, by clicking on any of the links in the left sidebar menu.
