Did You Know?

• Quincy Credit Union purchased 225 student padfolios for the 11th Annual Credit for Life Fair.
• Bank of Canton sponsored financial literacy classes at North Quincy High School.
• Mayor Koch sponsored the Senior Class Breakfast at North Quincy High School and Quincy High School.
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, working with Cradles to Crayons, provided 2,000 backpacks and school supplies.
• The Quincy Retired Teachers Association awarded $75,000 in scholarships to North Quincy and Quincy High students.
• South Shore YMCA sponsored SPLASH (Swim, Play, Learn Aquatic Safety), a six-week water safety program for second graders at each of our elementary schools.
• Granite Telecommunications sponsored the Quincy Public Schools Robotics Program.
• Boston Scientific sponsored the STEM and Science Fair at Quincy High School and North Quincy High School.
• Adams Presidential Center sponsored the Quincy Public Schools Leadership Summit and Awards.
• The Quincy Education Association sponsored the Quincy Public Schools Professional Day of Learning Luncheon.
• Quincy Access Television provided 22 internships for Film and Television Production students at Quincy High School and North Quincy High School.
