If you believe your child’s absences were recorded incorrectly or there are special circumstances, you can appeal.
- Appeals must be made in writing to the school within 10 school days of receiving the credit loss notice.
- Students with IEPs may have individualized accommodations based on the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act).
