Greg Tang Math is a great website which engages students from K-12 in fun, challenging and focused math games. These games will build mathematical fluency as well as bolster mathematical conceptual understanding. Kakooma, one of the games on this sight, requires students to develop the operational skills to begin to see relationships between numbers relative to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

This free website is a great way for students to work on developing computational fluency. Students can practice building their fluency by daily practice. The program adapts to students correct and incorrect answers and focuses the practice turning a students' areas of weakness into strengths.

Engineering Encounters: Bridge Design Contest

Student engineers can design and test a virtual bridge while competing in Engineering Encounters Bridge Design Contest (designer software will be available January 2016). This contest is an Internet-based competition that provides middle school and high school students with a realistic, engaging introduction to engineering.

This is a wonderful site for practicing French or Spanish verb conjugations in all tenses. Teachers use it to give students the additional drills they need to master all the verb forms. It is a useful resource for students on IEPs, too because it provides online notes with the conjugations, in addition to drills. It's a great way for kids to get extra review at home.

An interactive review game where students are "contestants" and can use their cellphones to enter their answers. Students enter a pin number to join the game and then create a "nickname". They see/hear a question projected on a main screen and choose their answer. Kahoot is best played in a group with multiple devises (i.e. cell phone/tablets).
