Meet the Yondr Pouch

The Yondr pouch is a soft-sided bag used to lock up mobile phones and smart devices, creating phone-free spaces here at Quincy Public Schools. 



Check out our QPS students walk through of the new Yondr pouch procedure for the 2026-27 school year.

At the start of the school year, every student receives a pouch and brings it to school each day.

In the morning:

  1.  Turn off your phone.
  2. Place your electronic devices in the pouch.
  3. Lock the pouch in front of a staff member.

At the end of the day:

  1.  Unlock your pouch.
  2. Take out your devices.
  3. Close the pouch and bring it with you.
