Welcome Letter from Lincoln Hancock Principal
Posted on 08/13/2021

Dear Lincoln Hancock Staff, Students, Families, and Community members,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as your new principal here at Lincoln-Hancock Community School for the 2021-2022 academic year.  My name is Natacha Dieudonné and I am overjoyed to be joining the Quincy Public Schools family. It is an absolute honor to hold this post and I am looking forward to meeting and serving you alongside my phenomenal staff here at Lincoln-Hancock.  I hail from the Midwest, with a long career in education spanning two decades.

My transition to the east coast came by way of Harvard University, where I completed a graduate degree in Learning and Teaching/Instructional Leadership.  I am a lifelong learner with a passion for education who believes not only in its power and incredible potential to completely reverse one's course but also in its inevitable impact on the trajectory of an entire community.  I bring that same fire to our school community, to help to reinforce the passion that fuels the steadfast commitment of everyone here at Lincoln-Hancock. I am honored and pleased to join my experience and expertise with that of our incredible team to launch the best academic year for all our students and stakeholders as we rejoin in person this fall.

As an experienced educator and instructional leader, I am jumping in with both feet and looking forward to this new journey. I thank you for your warmth and confidence as you welcome me to the QPS family, and I am committed to ensuring that learning continues full speed ahead this coming year and beyond.

Thank you for the privilege to serve as your Principal. I look forward to celebrating our collective success during the 2021-2022 academic year!

Sincerely,

Natacha Dieudonné

Principal, Lincoln Hancock Community School
